way up to Carrog station and perhaps time to call at the pub "The Grouse" in Carrog for some lunch or visit the Carrog shops.
Corwen is nearby with the Owain Glyndwr Hotel, you can sit in there to admire the new statue of the Welsh Prince Owain Glyndwr
on horseback, it is said he threw a sword down towards the door of the church off nearby penypigen.
